Currently, the farmers of the 21st century have slowly started to shift towards drones. By using drones, they are more efficient and yield more rewards. Throughout the many variations, each drone has a specific trait that they excel in. For example, drones with certain types of cameras can be used to scan the area. How can drones be used to plot land in a farm?

Drones typically come with a camera, therefore they can be used to plot land. As the drone flies higher above the land, a birds-eye view is used to view the terrain. The drone eventually stops as it surveys the land below it. Then the farmers can precisely choose where the plots of lands can be. The birds-eye view is much more beneficial than the typical first person perspective. Especially for commercial farms, the drone can be used to scan acres of land, which is much more efficient plotting out the farm by hand.

The thermal heat from the infrared camera can scan much more efficiently than eyeballing the crops. For example, if a plant is abnormally blue, then the plant most likely has too much moisture.
